My job doesn't feel like a classic, rigid role at all. One day I'm working with young founders, the next on marketing topics or new ideas with the team. There's a lot going on — but in a really good way. What I especially appreciate is the open atmosphere, the short decision paths, and the freedom to bring in my own ideas and take on responsibility.
