The Right Mentor Match: How nxt milestone Prepared Loggy for the German Logistics Market

Loggy

The Starting Point

Loggy arrived in Berlin with a product already established in Poland’s logistics sector, as part of GoGlobal Berlin 2026, the market-entry programme that nxt milestone runs together with its Polish partner organisation StartSmart CEE for startups from Central and Eastern Europe. The stated goal: build awareness in Germany and scale sales.

The Preparation Delivered by nxt milestone

nxt milestone matched Loggy with Denise Schuster of Park Your Truck, a German logistics platform with hands-on knowledge of dispatch operations and everyday freight-forwarding practice in Germany. The mentor pairing was set up for 12 contracted hours and delivered in full, alongside weekly consultation sessions with nxt milestone and thematic workshops on sales, market research, and brand positioning.

The Win: a Product That Works for Germany

Through the mentor conversations arranged by nxt milestone, Loggy actively reworked its product for German users.

“Loggy became a more open product for German customers, thanks to several meetings and discussions with mentors.”

The mentor helped the team recognise that Polish and German dispatchers work differently, not just at the level of price or language. Reaching that insight before the first sales meeting spared Loggy from marketing a product that would have created friction in everyday German operations.

In parallel, during the Berlin Onsite Week organised by nxt milestone, Loggy sharpened its market presence: presentation, marketing, and moderation were part of the training programme ahead of the joint pitch by all five teams at the Polish Tech Night Demo Day. On the programme’s technology track, Loggy also exhibited for two days at GITEX Europe, including customer and investor meetings.

The Result

Thanks to the mentor match and guidance from nxt milestone, Loggy leaves the programme with a product deliberately adapted to how German teams actually work, sharper presentation and sales skills, and a first appearance in front of German industry professionals at GITEX Europe and Polish Tech Night.
